Cash on delivery - in India only
- Our logistic partner will call you on the number you provide, to confirm your availability to receive the order.
- The delivery person will hand over the order to the customer only once they receive the cash payment.
- You may change/cancel your order within 6 hours from the time the order was placed. To do so, please get in touch with our team by calling us or email us with your order details as soon as possible as our orders are shipped on the same day.

- Shipping is free in India.
- All orders placed Monday to Friday by 11 am will be shipped within 2 business days.
- We ship all orders via Delhivery, which delivers between 3 - 10 business days.
- Please allow 2 additional business days for holiday shipping.

Exchanges & Returns - India
We take a lot of effort in creating our pieces and we hope you feel amazing in them. For some reason if you would like to exchange or return your purchase, we've made it is easy using our returns service for orders shipped in India.
Making An Exchange or Return
- Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org sharing details of your order and the pieces you would like to return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receipt of your shipment. Exchanges and returns requested after 7 days are subject to merchandise credit.
- The customer will be responsible for shipping the items they would like to exchange or return. Return shipping is complimentary only if you are exchanging your item for a different size or colour.
- We can initiate a pick up from our side through our delivery partner and it will be chargeable at Rs. 200 and will be adjusted against your refund amount.
- In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included.
- Any loss of shipment by the courier company used by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility, exchange and return can only be processed once the product reaches us. We'll let you know when your return is received by us at TMC HQ and processed!
- Once we receive the item/items to be returned and it has passed our quality control measures, the return can be availed only through bank transfers. The return value will be processed within 7-10 business days.
International Shipping & Returns
- International Shipping - $30
- All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
- For all orders shipping outside India, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred.
- TMC is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note TMC is unable to provide the exact amount of taxes or duties that may be due upon delivery.
- International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
- Once TMC has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
